MixLife offers creative, engaging programs that promote well-being and social connectedness. Unlike traditional team building solutions that are one and done, we offer an approach to sustained community building that is fun and relaxing. MixLife’s curriculum balances creative learning and accomplishment with well-being and connectedness.
 
A 2020 study of college students found a positive link between a sense of belonging and greater happiness and overall well-being, as well as an overall reduction in the mental health outcomes including: anxiety, depression, hopelessness, loneliness, social anxiety and suicidal thoughts.
