A six-week class session on Tuesdays, Nov. 10-Dec. 15, 12:00-12:55pm. This class will include the whole body, but focus especially on the important muscles of the body's core (back and abdominals). Learn to train and strengthen them with greater precision and understanding to create more stability and support for the back, improve posture and alignment; and for general strength, flexibility, balance, and ease of movement. Included will be Pilates exercises, gentle somatic movements, functional exercises and modifications. All levels. (If you have any serious injuries, back limitations, or illnesses always check first with your doctor before beginning a new class.) (No make-up sessions will be offered.)
