Lauren is a dynamic actor and comedienne. She is creative and comical, and lives each day with the mission to love and laugh, even in challenging moments. Lauren has taught acting and improv for all ages as a teaching artist and camp counselor coast to coast. Trained at NYU, Stella Adler Studio for Acting, and The Second City Hollywood.
Know exactly what to do before the next class with clear exercises. Practice a little bit each day to grow your skills and take advantage of the mental health benefits of being creative.
Meet with your instructor for a weekly class. Besides learning new skills, you'll get time for Q&A and feedback.
